EAS (Estudio Álvarez-Sala) is an architectural firm based in Madrid led by Enrique Álvarez-Sala Walther, an architect with more than thirty years of professional experience. Over the years, the practice has established steady partnerships with several other well-known architects including: Ignacio Vicens Hualde, César Ruíz-Larrea Cangas and Carlos Rubio Carvajal.

Under the name of Rubio & Álvarez-Sala, several noteworthy projects have been built such as the SyV Tower, the urban redevelopment of the Manzanares river (in co-operation with Burgos & Garrido, Porras & LaCasta and West 8) and the headquarters of Indra in Alcobendas and Barcelona.

EAS projects come from private commissions and from awards at open or restricted architectural competitions. Our projects have been recognized in publications and exhibitions; and have won various prizes, including: the COAM Architecture Award, an award for New Construction from the city of Madrid and selection in the 2004 Venice Biennale.
