The building is solved as a unique, continuous and staggered volume adapted to the topography. Its linear form and position through the longitudinal axis allows a rational ocupation of the plot and gardened areas. The composition of the façade is dominated by horizontal lines emphasized by black and white brick panels. There are two outstanding elements depending on orientation. On the north side, balconies and on the south side, continuous and long terraces. The access to the interior housing is located in the middle of the plot’s northern limit. Circulation through gardens is defined by pedestrian paths and ramps. The project is composed by 186 social dwellings, storage and parking.
